About Me

Mark is a composer and producer working primarily with music of an interactive nature, writing for TV, film, theatre and video games.

He graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester, UK) and began working extensively as a freelance saxophonist performing throughout the UK and Europe. As a member of award winning chamber ensembles he has made several recordings, performed at the BBC Proms, as well as playing in New York and Boston.

With professional experience in music production and composition Mark began concentrating on composing  interactive music. Having worked previously as a classical composer, he now focuses on writing media music.

His powerful music blends orchestral and electronic sounds creating the perfect accompaniment to a wide variety of screen music. This has received initial positive feedback from some of the industry’s leading figures.

Mark regularly writes for Tsunami Music (London) who produce music for clients including Warner Bros, EA Games and Microsoft. Other recent work includes co-writing, with award winning composer Andy Scott, a jazz tuition book published by Astute Music featuring U.S saxophonist Bob Mintzer. He has also produced numerous theatre scores with a host of shows at the Bristol Hippodrome presented by the likes of Justin-Lee Collins and Helen Lederer.
